When AM & PM Catering was established in 1981, it quickly earned an enviable reputation for exceptional standards of cuisine and service. Indeed, it was not long before their professionalism and their friendly, flexible approach towards their clients was rewarded. In 1983 they were appointed exclusive caterers to Winchester House in Putney, an appointment that has continued over the years.

Initially operating out of large commercial premises in Battersea, increasing popularity and a demand to expand into the country resulted in the acquisition of 'local' premises and the formation of Hampshire based Alastair Carey and Company.

With no further need of expensive London premises, food production for both companies was transferred to the Hampshire kitchen leaving AM & PM to concentrate on Winchester House whilst Alastair Carey and Co undertake all 'outside' events.
